Dr. Mahfoud Ali Zoui is a senior lecturer of civilisation at the department of English,8 Mai 1945 Guelma University,Algeria. He teaches courses including ethics and deontology,  American civilization,British civilization and writing.He previously held the position of "responsable de spécialité", and currently a member of the Department's scientific committee.
